Located just twenty minutes south of Los Angeles, Payne Magnetics has been in the same location for over 50 years. With 10,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space, there is more then ample room to produce quality magnetic components to their customer specifications. 

 Within their climate controlled environment, the manufacturing process is closely monitored and controlled by their quality management system (QMS) which is certified to the latest ISO registration. 

 All production personnel are subjected to and tested against a rigorous training program encompassing the latest manufacturing techniques and quality procedures. Cross training of personnel is an ongoing practice as it creates the flexibility to utilize employees where they are needed, reduces down time and increases the employee’s self-worth. And as the majority of the items built by Payne Magnetics are labor intensive, they are very proud to say the average employment of their employees is well beyond 15 years of service.

 Payne Magnetics’ manufacturing process is continuously monitored and upgraded for any potential improvements to production flow, potential cost saving opportunities and even safety considerations. Their work instructions combine the latest in digital technology with common sense verbiage, thus producing a consistency throughout the workplace with reduced variability to the end product.
